In addition to the wireless bell button and portable chime unit included in the set, you can pair additional wireless doorbell buttons with any number of additional chimes. You can pair a radio bell with a maximum of 11 bell push buttons. Interference from other wireless doorbell buttons is ruled out, as each wireless doorbell button sends an individual code.

The quoted 250m range refers to open space conditions, which means no solid objects between transmitter and receiver. Any wall, ceiling, window or other structure between transmitter and receiver results in a decrease in maximum range.
