Grothe Wired & Wireless Chime Units

Grothe Doorbell Chime Units include both wireless and wired systems designed for long-range performance, reliability, and flexible installation.

The wireless Mistral and Calima series operate on the 868 MHz frequency band to minimise interference and support extended operating distances, with some models rated up to 500 m (open field). These units are typically portable or plug-in, support call differentiation (distinct tones per entrance), LED visual alerts, and allow pairing with multiple transmitters, including adapters for converting existing wired buttons to wireless operation.

The wired Croma series provides permanently powered chimes, compatible with 8–12V AC/DC or 230V systems, offering higher sound output (up to ~86 dB), multiple melody options, and mute or silence functions. Across the range, Grothe chimes emphasise sound clarity, expandability, and durable construction.
