Your favorite song as a ringtone
Any melody can be used as a ringtone via a MicroSD card. By default the ECHO already has 19 appealing melodies pre installed and ready to select.
500 meter range (free field)
The interference-free radio connection up to 500 meters guarantees a reliable door chime.
Brilliant sound
The Wireless ECHO chime unit plays your individual melody in loudspeaker quality.
Visual LED signal
In addition to the ring tone, it has an activate bright LED flashing light as a visual signal if required.
Multiple call differentiation for multiple doors
With the help of different bell push buttons, you can see immediately whether the doorbell rang at the front or back door, or at the garden gate. Each bell push will play a different melody on the chime unit. Up to 20 wireless bell buttons can be paired and assigned an individual ring tone.
Low battery indicator
The wireless Chime unit emits a visual and acoustic signal when the batteries in the bell push button and chime unit are almost empty. This way you won't miss a visit because the battery is low.
Flexible mounting
ECHO has a fold-out stand that allows the chime unit to be placed anywhere in the home or garden. With an additional wall bracket (not included in the set), EHCO can also be mounted on the wall
Walls, doors, metal parts, etc. can noticeably reduce the range! To increase the range, please use the MISTRAL WR Repeater (not included). Do not clean the high-gloss surface with a microfiber cloth. Do not use cleaning agents. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Royal Mail DeliveryÂ
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24hr and Tracked 48h. International orders are shipped by Parcel Force with a maximum weight of 30kg. Internet placed orders will receive an email, advising dispatch has taken place.
We will deliver part orders where the majority of the items on the order are available, and the outstanding items are unlikely to come into stock within 7 days. In this case we will invoice for the whole order including the items out of stock, and advise you of this on the invoice. The balance of the order will be delivered without additional delivery charges.
Right to Cancel and Returns for Refund
If you decide you do not want the goods, for any reason, they may be returned within 30 days of receipt (at your own expense) for a full refund, less the following admin fees:
- £1.99 for any orders under £50.Â
- £2.99 for any orders between £50 - £100.Â
- £3.99 for any orders over £100.
Prior to dispatching goods for return, we ask that you contact us by telephone (tel: 01629 831000) to facilitate the process. The returned package should also contain your name and order number. Please also put a note in the returned package to indicate whether the item is faulty, or just not required.
Goods returned must be in the original condition in which they were supplied and include all items of the product and its packaging. Where the packaging needs to be destroyed to open, we accept return without the external package, however, when the package is a box, and can easily be opened without damage, then we expect the goods to be returned with the box in a new condition.

NB: Until received and signed for, the goods remain your property and we recommend suitable packaging and an appropriate level of insurance for their return.
All goods and packaging will be checked carefully and refund processed as soon as possible. Notification of your refund will be sent by Email.
Warranty Returns for Replacement or Repair
All products are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers offer longer warranty periods. Manufacturer warranties beyond 12 months are supported by manufacturer and not by DoorbellWorld.
Where a warranty request is required from the manufacturer we will supply copies of the original invoice as a supporting document. If you have spoken to a member of our staff and have agreed on an item being sent back for a replacement, we do not send out items until the original product has been delivered back to us.
Please ensure you include your name, order number and reason for return. This way the returns team will know what to do with the package when it arrives back to us.
We suggest you do not dispatch goods without first contacting us by telephone (tel: 01629 831000). The reasons for this are:
- Past experience has shown that apparently faulty goods have sometimes been set up incorrectly, or the instructions have not been as comprehensive as they should be. In these situations the quickest solution to getting the equipment working correctly is for us to give you further advice to avoid incurring unnecessary delivery charges if we are able to resolve the problem.
- We can advise you on the most appropriate method of returning the goods.
- Defective goods under 30 days old will be returned to us at our expense provided you have discussed with us first on the method of return. We will supply you with a FREEPOST address label.
The returned package should contain your name, address, your invoice number, details of the fault. All items returned back to us will be thoroughly checked to see what the fault is, and if it can be resolved.Â
In most cases, where the product is found to have a valid fault, the warranty permits complete replacement of the defective item free of charge. However, some manufacturers require that the product is returned to them for repair, or that the repair is carried out by ourselves once the defective components have been supplied by the manufacturer. In these cases the repair under warranty, free of charge, will take longer.
NB: Note that DoorbellWorld cannot be held liable for any consequential costs incurred as a direct result of the faulty goods.
